We really like this a lot and so we actually had to give it a really long period of observation before we felt ready to do a critique.

At first glance, the thing that really leaps out at us is the lighting. The nice, stark highlights and great use of shadows really gives this piece an animation feel. You also managed to avoid the stiff poses so common in these kinds of portrait-esque pictures by giving each character a nice stance and the implication that they are ready for action.

Upon deeper consideration, there are few, albeit minor, flaws. The filter you threw onto the picture (the grey-ish blurs) really detract from the clean look and are somewhat distracting. You also missed an opportunity to give Deadshot a more expressive eye. As his exposed eye is the only portion of his face you can see (and the fact that eyes are the most important part of anyone's face), you should have given it a little more thought. Again, these are minor points.

Vision was 4.5 of 5 because you have a very good set up for this pic.
Originiality was only 3 of 5 because while the characters are very well done, they evoke the animated series just a little too much.
Technique and impact are 4 of 5 because as we said, this was an eye-catching piece that was very well done.

All in all, we would have to give this piece a solid 4 out of 5!

Good work and keep it up!
